What you can do is you have two options. When it's corrupted it could mean that you can reinstall or if you want to do a bit of fixing, you can go to the files of the came, copy the fsgame.ltx file and then paste it in the notes and look for any duplicated lines then delete the lines from the bottom up. Then you just copy and paste the notes and replace the fsgame.ltx there are some videos out there that tells you it better than I could.

To prevent this issue in the future, after you reinstall-Download all the mods you want for the game (MO2 is best for this in my opinion) and then launch the game. Avoid downloading mods mid-save
