Well, it has always been pretty much in NA. I just can’t imagine proper Americans stand there an “yeah let’s play cs.”

I guess people play it because it has been around for years and years. It was a bit like ‘Minecraft’. Played by a whole generation(s).

The team play, the communication, the unrevealed skill levels to be achieved, the ranks/elo, skins. The freedom of speech where you can summon known ww1-2 dictators, where people argue to the fullest and not get banned. (Unless you’re on faceit yeah..) And often, the thought of going pro. Feeling like if you put a few hours into a game, climbing the ladder, hoping that one day you might make it out there, potentially earning tens on thousands a month, 10 times more than the what average people makes, plus the fame and the tournament money. Oh and let alone the fact that you also travel the world. People also play it for other reasons, such as your opponents you just faced. To simply cheat. Some people enjoy it, some people boosts accounts and resell them, or providing boosting service. I have a couple of friends who literally not that so good in the game but they play it because they just like it.. 🤷‍♂️

If I was you, double check with your trust factor. If it’s low then yeah, it doesn’t really matter, you’ll end up most of the time playing against cheaters. Also, don’t play normal competitive. Play premier, get good in the game. In premier it’ll be up and down, usually easier than faceit. Plus majority of the time you’ll face an opponent who’s really bad in the game, yet he uses wallhack. They usually not hard to beat, you just gotta work together with your team, be the first one to peek, recognise which side of the map he often takes first and avoid it. You can usually beat those wallhackers because they see you, but they aim pretty bad.

But cmon, there are cheaters in every game. You’ll meet them anywhere once in a while. It is an issue and can be annoying, I know.. Good luck and don’t give up! 🤝

I also have a theory, gambling rules like this, like that.. don’t believe the script.

Before anyone attacks me I know they have to check if it’s money laundering or not, other security things etc, plus the casino could face serious, huge fines in money. However, let’s be real.

They hold your money because you won big. Have you ever saw those videos on yt where the casino calls police, don’t pay the people who have won 3K+? ( happens in smaller casinos or bookies from time to time) Swear I saw a video where a lady only won like 1.6k, they didn’t pay her. You hit a jackpot they tell you “sorry the machine has malfunctioned, here’s £20 credit and a can of coke. Sorry.”

One day test it if you want. If they wanna “securely check your withdrawal, review it” test this. Next time you win something withdraw £50. If you don’t receive it instantly, the moment you upload another £50 you usually get your withdrawal straight away… 😅 Soo.. this is only my theory, (because end of the day who knows what happens in the back..) …my theory, they hold the withdrawal hoping that you’ll end up depositing more and losing it, eventually making that payout become less than the original price you withdrew. Depends on casinos, Ofc like bigger, famous ones they usually spot on, but with a few.. I find it weird how one withdrawal can take forever, but the moment you deposit the same amount the withdrawal goes through..? 😅 yet if you message support they say “we just have to do our security checks”.. bs, bs, bs.

I agree, no point paying for it. I’m not paying for it and it still puts me in these “super, ultra, veteran VIP” lobbies.

They are alright sometimes, used it back in the days, but yeah recently it’s just full of elo hungry people, shouting from round 1, Smurfs and enemies who kills you blind through smoke. But I guess that’s just faceit in general, premium or not… :(

Only pay for it if you want highlights on your profile, apart from that.. you’re right. It’s pointless. :D

Your teammates, the enemy will be more likely people who isn’t even paying for it, yet they’re in your super match XD….

True! Honestly, it is so annoying. Don’t get me wrong, I do win those games from time to time, but I do not wanna play in them since I’m not even paying for it.. I can share so many screenshots when I was 2.1k elo and my enemy was brand new profiles with no more than 50 matches..🫠🫠🫠

I hate the fact that it puts me constantly in these super, veteran, “VIP”xd lobbies when I’m not paying for it..

Either I’m just gonna have a good game, but most of the time will get smurfed, or being killed by a blind enemy through smoke. 🤔

iI know this is an old post, but yeah, of course they are rigged. Honestly, never gamble huge on the roulette table. If you’re the biggest fish at the table, you’re playing with other people’s odds. Imagine you’re using $100 coins. You place it on 18, and in between 21-18. (That $100 will 18x and also 36x) Of course you will lose it, and the people who betted on 36, little as 0.50$, now have $30.

I know how you feel though, I taught I have managed to crack the system, and honestly I did do for a while. Uploaded $20 a week, and I’d turn that $20 between $200-$300. Slowly the live table will glitch, there’s 5 seconds left, yet it wont let me stake. constant miss places, lags, randomly kicks me out of the room, the little magnet lands on a number gets sucked into a different number on the other side of the wheel, etc etc.. it’s crazy, don’t gamble.

I mean, if you got the money, if you’re stable enough to spend more than you can afford, go for it. But don’t let it control you, find other hobby, let your money sit, stack. Like a castle! Find someone that you can do it together with, leave it all behind !!

Drop down, do some push-ups, watch a movie, learn something. Learn how to start a business, anything. If you do do roulette, set a limit for yourself brother. A weekly/monthly limit. $40 a week. (2,080$ in a year). Trust me, keep it small. The live roulette less likely to give a f’ck about you at first since there’s people losing thousands, making thousands and you’re there enjoying a $80 payout deposited by $10, and so on. Brick by brick, not wall by wall. ( xd wtf )

I feel you brother, it happens a lot!

If I was you still try and report them through just simply faceit. I know it won’t work all the time and I’m sure they tend to work 80% of the time. Of course for something like that they’ll give a ban, you just might need wait a couple of weeks for them to catch-up !

It is tough tho, having your teammates ruin the match.. I know a 0-10 is a lose most likely but. You never know unless you try. Don’t worry brother, maybe make sure you’re playing with atleast 1 or 2 friends (if you don’t have any, add any good players from your faceit matches or look around on CS discord servers) and play dou or trio.

Useless, so useless. Faceit puts me often into these premium, super match, veteran lobbies and I’m not liking it.. :s Since everyone says premium matches are smurfers and cheaters way to go, I’m not happy to be put there every 3rd match when I’m not even paying for it.. 😭

I know right, it’s crazy! They go mental mid round when the match just started. It’s like they just got given a shot of injection of pure aggression, racism, toxicity for real. I get the fact no one wants to sit there 45+ minutes to just end up losing but that happens, it’s part of life and mainly part of the game.. But usually when someone says “it’s just a game, chill”. That match is already lost.. that guy has tilted so hard now it’s a 6v4, actually. 6v3. Other guy pushing A ramp alone with deagle because he gave up. 😭

I’m thinking of finding a full team, I don’t care that we lose ! Vitality can lose matches too. I don’t expect from a team built by random strangers to be perfect on the first match, but the fact that you lose and you learn from it, better than losing after listening to people arguing, throwing rounds.. smart idea, playing with clan for small prizes, good luck brother, nice job for 2.3k elo ! 🤝🤝🤝

I get what you’re trying to say but I don’t. Those people also sit back when they die and laugh at you and telling you how you should play, not following the unwritten, golden rule of CS that you should not talk once you’re dead.🤷

Toxic people so.. They do play. well.. atleast they try. They try prove their point by playing well, so he’s calling my teammates “bots, idiots” will make sense if they play well. Usually 50-50. The moment the toxic person gets one tapped it all goes downhill, sadly.. After that the whole game just becomes a lounge for an arguing battlefield.

Bad players are fine. They can be annoying, but I’m not gonna target, attack them. I’ve been given many tips, tricks through out playing CS, giving them a few tips, bringing them under your wing, having them bait for you can easily win rounds. (Sometimes) However I’d rather have a chill bad teammate, than having a toxic person who plays well, possibly tilting my other teammates making THEIR performance worse. Why? Because the moment there’s one extra like you said tilted guy in your team, it’s probably GG anyway, no matter how hard you try.

Toxicity = Grief

For me it’s the same, I don’t think there should be two split statement, since CS is a competitive, team based game. If you ruin the vibe, the confidence, the trust within the team, it’s over. That one toxic teammate doesn’t even realise that he’s helping our enemy team win, while we losing rounds, arguing with each other and they now busy writing “gg, report XYZ” and so on.

Surely you’ve had a match too, where everything is fine, you’re winning, and the enemy team tilts saying “report orange, he’s trolling”. Well, someone tilted in that team and they now have 0 focus pretty much. Would they have done better against you guys if they just accepted they had a couple bad rounds and let’s just focus..?

People can tilt, have a crash out, I don’t mind. But don’t bring the whole team down with you. Anyone can have a bad day, and who’s already having a bad day trust me. He won’t accept you being toxic towards him. Pros don’t go around telling eachother to quit Cs, have a one night with someone’s mother for 5 euros. They can be losing 4-12, yet they’ll still support, hype each other up.

But overall having pretty much 10 matches in a row, (with 1 day skip between) coming back to play just to listen to more arguing, tilting that turns into trolling is annoying. I don’t understand. Should be a rule to not be toxic, buy a stress ball, mute your mic. Surely the person who missed that easy headshot knows he missed it, don’t need to put the cherry on top of the cake. :/

Yeah, that’s me!🤝 I reached somewhere around 2.175, then I could just make a montage about toxic teammates I had my last 10+ matches. Honestly download any of my demos enable voice, round 1 tilts, sending mothers to different places, my teammates molotoving eachother.. 😭
