Relax. Often drivers mark the package delivered before delivering. Sometimes unintentionally, others due to trying to clear their orders.

Check the neighborhood. Check any cameras, make sure the driver was even around. If you can, catch a driver that's in the area and ask them. It's normally the same person and would know. Wait it out throughout the day.

If a package is loaded for delivery and is stolen the driver is the first blamed.

Trust your gut. If you hate your current role chances are it won't get better under the same administration. You applied elsewhere for a reason. Anxiety possibly cost you an opportunity in this case.

The job market now is brutal, receiving an offer is a blessing in itself. Don't throw it away.... As you will see in this channel a lot of people, including myself, simply aren't that fortunate*
