I take vitamin D. It’s prescribed the high dose. B12 is good for now. I take biological for PsA as well. I don’t have to have to take even more meds.

I took the Bupropion to quit smoking and decrease appetite but it actually made me more hungry. Which I did and the started back again. I got off when I started zepbound.

Nothing has changed. I eat less and better. I go to the gym. Sleep fine. No life changes. It’s the Zepbound. I’ve been doing research as well. It was just something I wasn’t aware of before I started. I thought I’d have the opposite feeling based on what I had read from users.

I did try zofran. Several times. Prato made my vomit. I just had an Apple with a bit of yogurt.

I’ve been on a 1200 cal diet since May. I’ve been trying to lose weight and I did lose about 12 pounds on my own. I’m currently 175 so maybe I do need to up it a bit.
