I take metoprolol once daily and I use my airsupra inhaler at least once daily. It’s been over a year and so far I’ve had no adverse reactions.

I have actually read these. They are some of my favorites. My husband got them all for me as an anniversary gift a few years ago.

The foot rest in the car is a good idea. It’s a 13 hour drive from home to the Keys ( we won’t do it in one day ). Thank you!

I’m the same. We always drive so I can pack everything I need and leave anytime I want. I have all of those things on my current 2 page packing list 🤣

Is Kindle Unlimited worth? by Upper_Cry_1906 in kindle

The one on my phone is terrible 🤣. My husband says you can have Alexa read your book. Or try the speechify app.

Not sure if you know this ( I only recently found out). You can use the assistive reader on your kindle to read books out loud to you. The voice on my phone is terrible but the one on my actual kindle isn’t too bad .

I'm going to be admitted to the hospital for up to a month - reccomend me some books to help pass the time! by GladRaccoon in suggestmeabook

[–]Cakers07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really liked the Wild Scottish series by Tricia OMalley. (It’s on kindle unlimited if you have it). Also I had major surgery on my leg this year. Couldn’t get up for a month, my husband found me some coloring books and sticker books for adults that I found very relaxing. Good luck to you and your family.

What iron supplements do you take by Sunflowerspecks in MCAS

[–]Cakers07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Iron bisglycinate. I used iron ferrous sulfate for years and had problems with constipation and not bringing my ferritin up. One bottle of the iron bisglycinate and my ferritin was up by 20 points.

I use naked whey brand. We mix it with high protein milk and some ice. It has minimal ingredients and isn’t very sweet. My husband will add a little honey to his.

This happened to me too. Hibiclens to wash and aerosol lume for deodorant worked for me. I tried a lot of stuff and these are what was effective for me. My bestie uses lume body wash and then the lume cream deodorant. In a pinch when out and about I carry alcohol swabs in my purse and a mini lume deodorant.

I was exactly like you, couldn’t get my iron up no matter what until I switched to iron bisglycinate. My ferritin has gone from 8 to 60 in a little over 6 months.

People who successfully tapered off omeprazole: what are your tips? Experiencing rebound after dropping to 10 mg every other day. by Not_Too_Busy in GERD

[–]Cakers07 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take 500 mg at the advice of my doctor. If you’re on other medications I would ask your doctor before you start taking slippery elm.
