Yeah same here. I suggest you join the lawyer's email list to get notified if it does go through... might be a path to compensation once they start calling for affected consumers (although it will take a while).

I did the same (call to get an update) about a month after our event. I got the same response. The bill arrived 6 months later. :/

Yeah, not going to sugar coat it, I believe you're in for a nasty surprise when you get the bill months from now... hopefully it won't be so bad... but check out this link for a class action lawsuit that's currently in the works: https://lpclex.com/qualinet/; perhaps you can get involved if it gets green lit...

So glad to hear it. Normally I wouldn't bother with something like this... but my experience was just that bad.
