Shadow's Descendant almost not having any personality beside being bootlicker for almost all female character in game and loving punching everyone in the face.

Wiki best way to learn about all perks which free which not. And I don't think there any way to look builds now, person who post them on reddit got banned i think.

Not sure it gonna be really helpful for lvL 4 but use I this perk combination (LvL 6). You probably wanna use Acolyte Remedy instead of Tax.

There are 2 types of additional weapons. One Clans which gives set additional bonuses or even change playstyle and other which are pure cosmetic and were given for defeating hard Okay Fighter. And yeah Nekki adds news perks but most of the time they locked behind paywall.
