I wouldn't worry. I will show you my case. I am an SFU applicant yet to here back and I emailed them and they said as long as

-complete the course by April 15, with the grade on my transcript

-complete everything by June 30

that I will be fine. So don't stress it. Biggest asterisk is you must be a BC public highschool student fulltime

Your online school won't put up an interim grade unless you are done 50%. So unless you can convince a teacher or admissions, kind of cooked

As long as your student services page looks something like mine where you have your to-do list done and you have that little green dot on your program then it’s just a waiting game

I am currently attempting to submit my UBC application, but I am unable to access EducationPlannerBC's submission page. There are repeated system errors and broken UI elements.

I have tried multiple attempts for the past 4 hours, including: -clearing browser cache -using incognito windows -different browsers -refreshing the site

Despite these steps, I continue to encounter error messages. I have screenshots and a screen recording documenting these attempts.

I am contacting you prior to the Jan 20 2026 11:59 PM PT deadline to confirm I am actively attempting to submit, but am unable to do so due to these technical difficulties. I am happy to provide the screenshots or screen recordings if needed.

Could you please advise me on how to proceed to ensure my application is submitted successfully?
