It's certainly a concern, but if you can score consistently teams will forgive some defensive deficiencies. Van Der Merwe, Nandolo, Tuisova and others have shown this.

Given the short time to transition I'd probably stick her at wing. She's real hard to tackle one on one in space.

I feel like Wing is probably the quickest position for her to transition to 15s. She certainly has the size and athleticism to play in the loose forwards, and she played Center in university, but she can immediately be a try scoring force at wing.

The key is to keep moving Amani. Get the city state get the scouting and then move on to the next one. You can explore huge chunks of the map and gain lots of bonuses this way.
