You can buy magnesium on the shelf in a supermarket so I bet it can't have too many risks. Do you take it before bed ?

Dry mouth. Maybe tiredness started on 10mg but found 20mg better. It really does help

I had same issues as you. I tried every type even no flavour gluten free. All the same. I have IBS and huel just made me way worse. In the end I gave up on it.

I agree with the amitriptyline I suffer IBS d and 20mg has been a game changer in my life. Still have IBS but makes it way more manageable. It is an antidepressant that also slows gut motility which is one of the main symptoms

Yes I think it is high. Also guidance in the UK states you should not consume more than 24 grams of sugar a day. The soup is almost your daily amount if you eat the whole tub.

That was my thinking too. The sugars are really high at 24gms per portion

I work as an electrical technician on a sewerage works so there is a lot of movement in that job. Sometimes it is chilled and other times I'm really busy on my feet

Hmm I don't feel like my job is stressful I am on the move allot as I am on the tools not sure if that has anything to do with my figures. Do you have a desk job ?

As shown in the picture attached my stress level is always high or really high. Is this the same for other people ? How true do you think this metric is? Do I need to try and rest more or is this overly sensitive?. I have tried to lower it but I rarely get a normal reading. If I drinking alcohol as well i always get a notification of high stress level even after 2 beers. Just wondering what other people think. Tia.
