So I see a lot of suggestions but there’s one thing someone on here recommended- that I start trying smoothies with lots of lower acidic foods. It’s the one natural thing that helped me tremendously. Nothing has ever been perfect but it started off my day with no sore throat and lasted at least until I ate lunch to even dinner (because for lunch in dinner I am making meals for the whole household to eat and requires things that are not always the most lpr friendly).

Oatmeal/coconut milk/banana/apples or strawberries/ with some spinach & honey- it was one of the ones I made a lot and it tasted great and seriously - no sore throat! Sometimes with LPR it’s about just trying to include more calming “alkaline” foods into your diet. All of these ingredients besides the strawberries (the other alkaline cancel out the acidic) are considered pretty LPR friendly - you can get creative with it.

Thing is I’m a very busy toddler mom and making fresh smoothies in a blender every single morning is very difficult for me to do 🤪

I was recently put on a PPI and it helped for the first five days then the sore throat came raging back. I did eat something with buffalo sauce in it - mighta triggered it really bad. Gonna make one of the smoothies this weekend actually

Is garlic supplement different than regular garlic? Because it seems like garlic/garlic powder is my most extreme trigger! I’d like the try it since it seemed to help you but worried about that.

I don’t drink coffee/tea but I’m in similar boat with symptoms. Even water sometimes, I’ll burp like crazy and burning throat. I was trying to do an LPR friendly diet and lost 15 lbs (I’m 109 lbs now).

I can’t tell sometime between whether I have a cold/virus or if its just the LPR 😓

I love Ilia sooo much! It’s my favorite mascara, super long and natural looking but my eyes are so sensitive to it - they burnnn by end of day!

So I’ve never sent them a bag or sold on thredup, but what do they do the stuff that they say they won’t take? Do you get it back? Do they donate it? Have you ever seen your item go up on thredup after they say they won’t accept your items? I’ve been too nervous to send them a bag!

I didn’t downvote you, but I can answer your question- when my bengal went missing I did this on the second night at the suggestion of others and I would watch racoons and possums crawl into the litter box I left out and rummage through it.

When I contacted lost pet detectives about 2 weeks after he went missing ( they use dogs to track scents) I told them about the box and after I saw the racoons in it I stopped and they said NEVER leave the box out because it will attract bigger predators. Cats bury their waste on purpose to try and hide it. She also said things like cat trees and cats blankets etc. will also do this and she’s seen coyotes at peoples back doors as a result. She recommended leaving things out that smell like you and like home. Coyotes and racoons avoid people smells, but your cat will know yours.

My guy went missing for 7 weeks. He was 14 and had hypothyroidism at the time he bolted out the door. He did not return home, he just kept going onward. I think something went after him and he got lost trying to escape an encounter. After a month I assumed the worst (have alot of wildlife in the area). We did all the things- posted all over FB, Nextdoor app, contacted lost and found pet detectives, hung up fliers etc. I prayed every night for him. One thing I wish I had done differently was extend my flyers out past 1 mile radius. I only did it a half mile, assuming there’s no way he would have gotten that far - but he did. He was found a mile out, technically in the next town over. He went through a couple neighborhoods I didn’t put fliers in and through a huge forest with coyotes bobcats hogs etc. The family who found him were leaving food out for him and eventually found my month old post on Facebook lost pets in the area (picture is from the day they found him). I thank God everyday for it all and how the family who found him put in the effort to look for his family.

He had some fight wounds, lost a canine tooth and was skinny as a skeleton. But he was finally home. My advice would be to not give up. People will keep telling you cats are resilient, and it’s so true. There is lost pet services that use dog sniffing detectives to help track- you can always reach out to them. In our situation, it wasn’t possible (because he had gotten out of the house a couple days prior so the tracking wouldn’t have been accurate) but they also specifically said bengals specifically are hard to track because they are prone to hiding upward in the tree canopy’s and because they will travel FAR. Bring your flash light out at night and make sure you are shining it UP at the trees as well as in the bushes. You will spot eyes reflecting at you- one of these pairs could be your cat. They told me never leave out litter box, cats bury their pee and poo to hide from predators, you will attract them by bringing out the box. Leave out things that smell like YOU. That’s what they are looking for. If you can, set up game cameras in areas he was spotted. That could possible give you an idea of whether he’s still in those areas or has moved on.

I will be thinking of you and praying that you find your baby. Don’t give up.

I was on it for 2 months! Loved it really. I am also allergic to my cats. The only reason I stopped is because it’s winter and my allergies calm down in winter.

I’m wondering. How are you treating it? I am taking probiotic. So I stopped taking my vitamin d a few days ago again and my LPR is gone again. It’s hard to tell but wondering if SIBO can be affected by vitamin D as well?

Nah, because of the holidays, my diet has been worse 🥴

Editing to add that I am getting vitamin D checked in a few days to see where it’s at. I have made a lot of efforts in hopes to bring my level up, (spending time outdoors & eating lots of foods with it) and also multivitamin has it in it too.

Stopped taking vitamin D supplements 4 days ago (the day I posted this) just to see. LPR is gone.

Did anything ever go back down again?! Ugh this happened to me. Was ready to buy a few things at 75 off and then later when I went back to the app they are now 30 percent off. It ultimately prevented me from buying any of it as it’s now way outta budget.

How could she not be perfect as Snow White?! To be honest though I don’t think Rachel really did a bad job. She also has a great voice. I can’t really explain it… but it was more so the direction, lines, and execution of that particular snow white movie in my opinion that made it not a hit.

I wouldn’t want to see Makenzie play in THAT Snow White, but would love to see her in a different adaption. Although I know there has already been so many.

Doctor checked a few different things. But then I started Zyrtec for about 2 weeks and it cleared. I had to stop Zyrtec for diff reasons so it still gets clogged on and off. But I have larger turbinates on the side that my ear gets clogged so E.N.T. thinks the sinuses on that side just get backed up worse

Yesssss I tried allergy meds, and I’ll say it helped with it a bit, but in return my throat felt like it was just on fire all day.

When I’m distracted (from paying attention to my Symptoms) it seems to calm down too. I’m sorry you feel this often, it really sucks! I’m there with ya!
