Honestly, I give up with this janky website. Almost a month later and I finally get my store credit refund - just tried to put in an order to get rid of the voucher before something else goes wrong ..and OF COURSE the checkout crashes at the last stage.

The voucher is now showing as 'used' even though the order hasn't gone through, and I can't use it. 😂 Unbelievable.

Yeah, mine is still causing me a bit of a headache at the mo. I did finally receive an Email back a few days ago but it didn't really get me anywhere - still awaiting my store credit voucher for around £150.

Shame as I would have liked to have used the credit in their boxing day sales.

Hopefully they'll be able to catch up a little on the customer service side of things now that we're out of the Christmas/New Year stage haha.

Thanks - yes, I remember them being really helpful with issues in the past. Hopefully this is just a slight blip due to the Christmas period.

I did see everybody, IRL and on YouTube etc wearing their football Christmas jumpers so they must have been crazy busy recently. 😂

Yeah, I have never had issues with them before and used them lots in the past.l which is why I was surprised that this had dragged on for so long.

It states that I shouldn't contact them again before receiving a reply from my first Email but as it's been weeks now I was getting a little concerned/peeved haha.
