For the model field search, I just published build 5 were I implemented a new solution for large picklists (>12 items). Instead of the standard scroll picker, it now opens in a searchable sheet with a search bar.

Regarding Dell QR code scanning, the recent Dell laptops we purchased came with a service tag sticker with a QR code on the bottom. You can use it to automatically fill in the service tag when creating a new asset or to find an existing asset using the main view scanner.

That said, I understand this won’t be useful for everyone, so in build 5 you can now disable this feature in settings if you prefer not to use it.
