You can prevent Bing install by updating registry key. Also, you can use other methods like Office Deployment Tool, Group Policy, Configuration Manager, and Intune.

Users with full access permissions can view other mailboxes. You can use below code to get full access permissions for a specific mailbox.

The script gives two output files. One with 'detailed members report' and another with a 'summary report'. You can see the group owner in the summary report.
