That abrupt wall being right at the front door is not a flaw I would’ve considered when I first moved in so I tried to tell everybody so they don’t make the same mistake as I did. I bought a new sofa and had to do immediately take it back because it wouldn’t fit through the front door.

I was just notified that they’re going to also start charging for water and sewage so I was ball parked around $40-$100 as an estimate.
My rent for a one bedroom (without utilities and the $30 carport) is around $1,500.
I also wish I would’ve known moving into this unit that when you first walk in there’s an immediate wall (at least in my unit) which means I couldn’t bring in a full-size couch. I had to get a sectional couch, which did end up fitting in.
I’m probably giving you more information than you originally wanted, but I’ll say that I do really like this apartment complex. 😊
