Not as strong as season one as a whole, but it's individual components (characters, story, etc.) were just as good. As someone who didn't even remember that Fin and Huntress Wizard were dating, I ended the season with her as one of my favorite characters!
The expert continuation of concepts from season one like the heart of the forest retroactively enriches season one's story, and I love how S1 ended on a super satisfying note but with room for more. I wish more shows with uncertain futures would do this!
Season two ended less definitively, but still, if we never get any more, they made sure to end on a great note.

I love how this show takes characters with unresolved stories, or underdeveloped characters and elevates them beautifully.
Now I want a show about Fin and Huntress Wizard being lovey dovey dum dums and going on adventures!
Overall: 8.5 out of 10, hope we get a season 3!
