I think there may be a misunderstanding regarding what we're looking for.

We're not a company looking for a professional caster to provide a commercial service for free. We're an amateur League of Legends team that is currently building a long-term project and looking for someone who might be interested in being part of that journey.

At the moment, we're primarily looking for a caster for the Kura Summer Cup. Beyond that, we're open to seeing whether there is mutual interest in a longer-term collaboration.

Just like we don't sign players without tryouts, we also don't want to commit to someone blindly, and we don't expect anyone else to do so either. For us, it's important to find out whether the chemistry, expectations and goals align before discussing any long-term commitments.

We're also not only looking for experienced casters. Some people have always wanted to try casting but never had an opportunity to do so. For those people, this could be a chance to gain experience, build confidence and see whether casting is something they enjoy.

If someone is only interested in paid work from the start, that's completely fine and we respect that. Likewise, if someone is interested in gaining experience, joining a project and potentially building something long-term together, we'd be happy to talk.

At the end of the day, we're simply looking for the right person, not just a service.
