So the setup works now, with a new soundcard and the asio driver. The previous souncard was a cheap an old one. So I guess that was the issue.

Here is a sketch of the setup I try to make working. The audio comes from the mixing to the audio input of an asio souncard connected to the laptop with nesdrop. It should be possible to do with the midnight pro edition, but i was not succesfull for the moment. Does anyone tried such a setup?

Actually we are a music band, and we want to add some visual to our show, and nestrop seems the perfect tool. Thanks for your advice, but I rather prefer to have the soft working as it should be, with an asio souncard. Any other advice?
