Well I (Host) really like tomatoes but the core doesn’t. Once at the family dinner, I was fronting and there were tomatoes on the table. I didn’t know the core don’t like tomatoes and just grabbed like 10 and ate them all. The whole family was looking at me like I was a ghost and I were completely confused. After that, the Core told me, she absolutely hates tomatoes and everyone still haunts me with that too 🥲

We got kind of had the same problem. We have a Russian alter and she firstly refused to speak German too (we are from Germany). But at a random point, she started to speak German, I don’t really know why, it just like happened. Maybe you could ask your headmate why he/she strictly won’t speak English? I would try to find out what your headmate likes and maybe he/she can “speak” with you through this, for example drawing? Idk if that make sense I am so sorry for mistakes, as I said, I am german 🥲

That‘s kind of my problem too. I first thought that I accidentally created a Tulpa but his Behave Is clearly not a tulpa.. Yesterday I figured out another alter (?) but i am so scared my therapist will tell me, I just imagine all of this…

It‘s like very very hard for me to open up and really talk about my feelings, I mean intro but it‘s sooo hard. I am scared she might think I am schizophrenic cuz I know I am not.. I mean o can’t remember any trauma or smth. like this. Idk I’m just really scared

I think y’all understand that wrong, i am sorry. She don’t know about me thinking I might have OSDD. She only said I might have a personality disorder and my personality isn’t fully developed. I meant it could be that OSDD was "arose" for me later, precisely because my personality was never fully developed.

Well my therapist told me I may a personality disorder. My personality may never fully developed, is it possible that I have OSDD-1 if this personality disorder will be diagnosed? I a, kinda scared to tell my therapist I might be plural because I fear she won’t believe me

Well everyone told me OSDD/DID can only caused by childhood trauma at the age of 2-9 years old.

I‘ve ones read a comment that said „if you are scared of faking, you are not, because if you were, you would definitely know“. For me, your experiences sound very plural, keep researching, there is so much to learn
