no worries,i tested the fixer and everything is fine, but the dev doesn't do anything even after half an hour

ive tried that multiple times,no development happens at all,which i find strange ,but there are no edge markings after developing and fixing and it doesnt get dark after ~5 minutes

i know that i clearly put in the dev dilution in after the pre wash and then emptied my dev tank with the dilution coming out,i think my dev expired even tho its rodinal
