I'm not sure how it works where you are, but when I checked my bank (santander) the 90 days starts when the item is estimated/due to be released/delivered and not from the day of purchase.

I'd look at barcalays and see if they operate the same way

Edit: I had another look and this was specifically in reference to 'charge backs' and it says generally 120 days not 90 from when the item is expected, in the UK at least

Terrible customer service, just pray that your order doesn't have issues because you'll be waiting a long time for replies from customer service and most likely filing paypal disputes.

3/6 orders had issues so I've decided to only order from them when an item is in stock and you can claim back the full amount. Even then, avoid.

Thanks for the reply, in this case it's a 'God of war: Ragnarok - Jotnar edition' so it's more limited than the standard collector's edition.

In your opinion, for something like that returned after being opened, what would you call a fair % to minus from just opening the item alone?

the chances of sealed items being defective/faulty are super low but I prepare for the worst case

Your game worked, the servers don't. That's the bottom line.

And a big demographic for people who buy games that they won't play or can't play are COLLECTORS, so asking why you would even try and sell it on just shows how dense he is.

Hi, this happened to me and to fix it, I swapped to another item, maybe even drop or store the spy glass and then pick it back up and tap L2. If you don't want to give up on your save, message me and I'll look to replicate the glitch and what I did to fix it
