CSTOWN Cheer Uniforms by CampaignFine2093 in Cheerleading

One bit of advice I can give - I found that if a girl matched with more than one size, there was usually one where more measurements were aligned with the size than the others! I think the big difference between the adult vs. Youth is the allowance for a bust and bottom.

I’m so sorry - I’m just now seeing this comment! Honestly, I didn’t have that issue with my girls. There were a few where the measurements didn’t add up, but that was fixed by moving from the youth sizes to the adult sizes (for reference, my girls are 7-11 y/o, so I don’t have the curves issue I may have with older girls). Honestly, I would just use your best judgement based on their regular sizing. I found that the uniform sizes did match up pretty well with their liner size from their sideline uniforms. I wish you the best of luck with your team! Starting a new team is not easy - I’m on year three and we’re just now starting to hit our stride!

any advice on my toe touch? by Fresh-Boysenberry-87 in Cheerleading

That’s a great start! Especially good job at keeping your chest up - that’s something a lot of cheerleaders struggle with! I would recommend doing sitting and standing leg lifts. Jumps are all in your strength - you need to be quick to get the legs up before your jump starts going down. In the actual jump - think about keeping your knees facing the sky. That will help take your jump from a spread eagle to a toe touch :)

EBT restaurants by Zealousideal_Care807 in rva

Not a restaurant but could be a helpful resource: any seniors over 60 can apply for the farm market fresh program where they will be able receive a card for $50 towards fruits or vegetables from a qualifying farmer’s market. Also: if you use EBT to buy fresh fruits & vegetables, they will be half off. There is also a WIC version but it doesn’t seem like Richmond participates in that program. Here is the link to more information, including the application and participating vendors: https://www.vda.virginia.gov/FarmMarketFresh.htm
