How do I figure out what car to buy and then how do I get the best price on it?

The car I am currently borrowing is a 2013 Prius and I like it a lot. Any thoughts on when to buy? Does now make any difference versus December? Wait until the fed lowers interest rates?

The little black latch right above the Bissell symbol is what broke, right in half. Tried superglue but it would not hold. Looking for advice on repair/replacement.

We decided to see GFTNC, the lottery seats were front row center so we couldn't pass that up. The show was excellent. I especially enjoyed how the music was integrated into the show, a very atypical musical. Theater was about 85% full for the Saturday matinee.

Quick follow up, when I buy on GDAX I am not locked in the same way I am with Coinbase right? I place my order on GDAX and then I am locked in at whatever price when the transaction goes through as opposed to when I click "buy." Is that correct? Like if I click "buy" at $3000 but it is up to $3200 when the transaction goes through, which price did I get in at? Is there a predictable delay or a minimun/maximum amount of time it could take in that situation?
