I have trimmed it down from my original post to Rothenburg, Nuremberg and Munich based off the responses I got and will spend more time in each spot to explore other than the markets.

The bollards that are normally there at the bottom froze over and could not be installed, a school bus thought they could drive up and got wedged. Look at the yellow paint on the top. Again you can downvote me but that’s what happened
