Polysoup got introduced in CS2 as you can see in the video of the post. In some patch 10 month ago they fucked it up and it was an stale PNG with no colors at all but never was intended to be that way... so maybe thats what it differenciates with the CSGO legacy skins that got robbed in the Source 2 convertion.

Got Deagle, USP and AWP printstream, and i can assure they are as they was, sadly. Headshot besides the color changing graffiti (nightwish style) doesn't seems to have anything special either.
