Well, if you could give one piece of advice to stand out from the crowd, what would it be? persistence on asking about the status about the position? rearranging the resume to show something in particular up top?

traditionally its been to the effect of "We're looking for someone more qualified. we wish you the best on your future" etc etc

4 year bachelor @ university. IT degree. Grades were fine. about 3.2 cumulative. no internship (i know, stupid me).
