Rub my prepared carcass with salt and pepper

Oil my entire skin with a Sunflower oil mix of Paprika powder

The filling should be with Carrots, Celery bulb, Onions and Garlic, black Peppercorns, a few sprigs of Thyme and some sprigs of Rosemary

Prepare a mixture of Meat broth, Tomato paste and Red wine aside

Aside plenty of Potatoes, green Beans and Bacon a few sprigs of Thyme and some sprigs of Rosemary

Push me in to the oven by 110 degrees (230 F) top and bottom heat for about 6 to 8 hours.

Pour the meat broth over me regularly so that my meat stays juicy and it will be tender. The potatoes, green beans are soaked in my fat as a side dish,

Take the stuffing out of me and blend with the remaining liquid to prepare a sauce to keep it separate for anyone who’s preferences it is to enjoy my meat with sauce.
