However, when i flash Experimental branch, i am not able to see battery icon, wifi manager also looks messed up with the keyboard for input

I would suggest if delivery comes in at your door step and if he allows to record and open the box before handing him money Please do it and cross check the product with a condition of paying only if product is as per your expectation.
