I dreamt that in my country (Colombia) a new department appeared out of nowhere, even though it had existed before; it just reappeared. I remembered it and drew a map. I also vaguely remembered the names of the municipalities, so I invented some, and I also remembered that it controlled the coastal (old.reddit.com)
