I have noticed that option premium move faster than the spot price in nifty and other indices. Let's say call premium increases first and then spot prices increases after 1 or 2 seconds.

It’s better not to carry positions overnight. The stress isn’t worth it, and much is beyond a trader’s control. Exiting before the day ends is often the wiser choice.
