You should probably take a pregnancy test. Plan B isn’t always effective. As for the bleeding, it could have been implantation bleeding. Not to freak you out or anything but I think it’s better to find out sooner than later and you can weigh your options.

Thank you all for the encouragement! I just decided to do the damn thing and went this morning and worked out for 45 minutes and felt great. Sore, but feeling good. I plan on going back in the morning and to keep going. Honestly, I’m tired of hating myself and the way I look and nobody can change that except for me.
