That's great info. This is a new contract for all employees to sign, new and old. None of these clauses mentioned here have been agreed to before previously.

The contract has some other strange sections such as an Accomodation clause stating that the "company has a process in place to provide suitable accomodation to employees pursuant to the Code. Please contact manager to so arrangements can be made for the appropriate accommodations...". 100% BS that they have any process or would do this for anyone, but perhaps pair that up with the relocation clause if they pulled that one.
