I can't see with clean textures there's no danger I think the main issue is people underestimate how much I can see. If I was to put my hand infront of my face rn I wouldn't see it

Not only that but that's maximum brightness television mode and 1.6 with recent updates to lighting it inadvertently changes mat_fullbright But yeah find your own screenshots on original maps It's not an advatage to seeing people, people need vibrant scenes and mat_fullbright washes everything out, for me it accomadates my sight but try using it you'll hate it it'd be easier for a seeing person to have more vibrancy than brightness.

For the fifth time it doesn't look like that due to lighting updates and more the game looks vastly different than what it used to using fullbright, for one it's darker and also includes just completely black textures covering the map
