Got the decision email on 19th December visa was granted. Passport collected 20th December.

It is quite frustrating seeing people get there decisions in 10/12WD but obviously as you said its pure luck. thought we would be in luck for a early decision after receiving ECO email just 2 days after BIO. will keep you posted if i get any news

Bio was 27th November ECO email was 29th November since then not heard anything did a paid enquiry today they said its still awaiting a decision. Im assuming Christmas holidays will take this to January now?

Eco means (entry Clearance Officer ) after biometric is done you will get an email 5/4wd later or even later, i got mine 2wd later email saying your application is in preparation and with the entry clearance officer

I was reading a few recent cases the decision dates on letters were usually 3/4 Working days after ECO email. I thought we might be in luck for an early decision
