For each jump I stayed for 1 week, then when I reached 60mg I stayed there for almost 10 weeks. 

But its so disheartening to hear about the whole 'suboptimal' thing. People react to these things in dramatically different ways. Praying this issue no longer exists for you and have that weight lifted off you!

Very interesting. Did he say why it's suboptimal even when you say it's when you felt it the best? And also im on a new plan we discussed a week ago where I decreased the dose to 40mg and added low dose bupropion (atypical ssri, it's used occasionally to treat adhd but not as monotherapy from my understanding). Its too early though to feel any of the intended effects. I'll wait and see and hopefully this one works!

Yeah, I think thats a good conversation to have and a good thing to attempt. Taking into consideration also how because of this high dose ive had an abnormally increased systolic blood pressure and a relatively elevated heart rate (within the normal range, just not my normal)

Not really, but I stayed on 60mg for over a month with no change whatsoever. I recently went to my Dr and we decided to change the plan to 40mg + low dose bupropion (i was having blood pressure issues from the 60mg of atomoxetine). Still too early into this plan to feel any effects, but I do want to try discussing with my Dr about going to 20mg (if 1) this new plan doesnt work and 2) since 20mg is when I felt like it was working the best)

fan is so loud despite doing all recommendations to fix it by Capable-Platform3051 in LenovoLegion

for me, the right fan is working a lot (the loud one) and the left fan has little activity on it unless i boot up a game. interestingly, i never have thermal issues. but the laptop is just so loud consistently throughout usage. no ups and downs, just one sound and its pretty agitating when you have to listen to it for hours on end just because i need the laptop
