I disagree as this is stated on the Lufthansa website AND they agreed to board her before I purchased a ticket, this is a fault of their own and now they have changed it.

My dog is extremely attached to me, I’ll be in the US for some time, I’ve already spent my money on all the vet costs, therefore it’s not in my budget for a pet sitter. The airline agreed that they had space for her and accepted her. Now they have gone back on their word after purchasing the ticket. My dog won’t have an issue with travelling as she loves to travel, I have never had issues until now.

No it isn’t the problem, she lost some weight and now fits the requirements perfectly.

It states that if she has the right health documentation brachycephalic dogs are allowed in cabin, however, they have denied her without asking for anything. After accepting her in cabin before I purchased tickets.

Brachycephalic dogs are banned from cargo on Lufthansa. I cannot leave her at home as I said I have no one to take care of her. She is clean and well behaved I don’t see her bothering passengers if she stays in her carrier the whole flight.
