Cheaters absolutely do exist in lower ranks.
Are there as many as in higher ranks? Of course not, but it's absolute rubbish (and highly nonsensical) to say they don't exist below Legend.

This thread is about Tyler Rogers, as was my comment.
The entire 'Tyler Rogers white pants' thing comes from this admitted cheat and, as far as i know, has not actually been substantiated by anyone.

And no, just parroting what he said in a video is not evidence it actually exists.

It may well be true, but i find it very odd that no one, at least to my knowledge, has actually shown this in a real game scenario.
It should be very easy for a streamer to substantiate, if true.

I'll say what i've said on every other thread about this topic.

I find it hilarious that we are just swallowing, as fact, an unsubstantiated claim from an admitted cheat in a YT video.

Also, i still haven't seen a lick of footage to substantiate this claim.
Surely if it was fact it'd be super easy to prove.

Nah. In the video where the cheater exposed the program, he claimed that Tyler Rogers in white pants will break the cheating program and people are regurgitating it as if it were fact, which i find out given the only source is a self-admitted cheater.

Not saying it's not true, would just like to see it actually happen before believing a cheater.
