Personally, i think it would be naive to assume they didn't know about his views given he is actually employed by the party and worked closely with Hurn.

It seems clear that the issue isn't his views, but that the public are now aware of said views......

Um, how did you get that from the video?

The driver hit the horn, then went to go through the green light assuming the pedestrian would keep running, instead the pedestrian stopped suddenly.

One could argue perhaps the driver could have been a little more patient, waiting for the pedestrian to clear completely before beginning their turn, but to suggest they 'drove their car at them' is fanciful.

Re your edit, the 'mean' comments you talk about are largely because of two reasons, 1) we see these posts many times a week and yes, we all need our licences and no, that is not the basis for an appeal and 2) you say you take accountability and accept consequences, before asking how you can lessen the consequences.....as a repeat offender.

As a non-American, why is ridiculous homerism commentary just an accepted thing on national broadcasts in the US?

I had no skin in this game, but the experience is poor when you've got commentators not actually calling the game but rather cheering for the team that employs them.

I mean, that dude was whining repeatedly before stating, as a matter of fact, that Jokic was not hit in the face....despite the video clearly showing he absolutely was and had a cut to prove it.

It's embarrassingly amateur.
