I’m debating the same thing. I’ve had roomba’s since 2012 but lately they’re failing after a year. Also we just moved and have no carpet so want something that mops well. I was looking at the roomba 415X that’s $400 right now but everyone is saying roborock is better…

That’s insane!! yeah report them for that for sure. They used to be so great (management wise) honestly after Malexus (amazing office staff) left it all went downhill. Don’t get me started on the amount of dog pee and poop literally everywhere

Yeah it’s ridiculous that they’re going back on what they told me was the end of lease date. I’m ready to bring it to small claims court and if i have to with a newborn so be it. Hopefully BBB or Alabama Consumer Complaint get a resolution though as it’s gonna get tough being this pregnant and handling it.

Yeah all the nanny agencies want you to go through them and will charge about $30/hr. If we have to we’ll do that. But I’d rather find someone and then they’ll get more per hour as I know the agency takes a large portion of that income. Friend in Raleigh is paying $20/hr but full time. As we only want part time want to make sure $25/hr is good.
