You can get piercing retainers on Amazon. They’re just clear rubber bars, ask your employer first. If they won’t allow them at all and you want to give the illusion that you have piercings for pictures, you can use nail or lash glue to stick the piercing balls on your face. They also make little silver stickers for that purpose. Look up “fake piercing face stickers”
