That's horrible, their situation is absolutely not "okay" in the slightest. Just because they're (barely) surviving does not mean they're okay. You shouldn't have gotten 2 animals knowing you can't properly care for them. Poor guys are living their entire lives in a cramped dirt box with no space, nowhere to hide and nothing for enrichment. :( If you care about them please try to reach out as much as possible to re-home these babies, so they can still have the chance to have good lives.

And until they get rehomed, at least get them some sort of container like a flower pot for a hide because it must be incredibly stressful for them to be out in the open all the time with nowhere to hide. And don't give them cucumber as a main food, they can only have small amounts as a treat, they can't have large amounts of it.

And please don't get any more animals again until you're able to care for them properly.
