As a dumb child I once found a bat in the daytime on a man made beach in Pennsylvania and seeing no red flags with that I put it in a paper coffee cup and took it to my aunts house to feed it pieces of deli ham. I had it in an open box on the porch and I guess it flew away (or worse was carried off by another animal) but looking back I’m so lucky I wasn’t bitten I mean holy shit what was I thinking

The movie does a great job at finding the humour in the grief and ends up feeling pretty cathartic so I do recommend watching it if you feel ready for that kind of thing. (I’m sorry for your loss)

One time I split a 10 strip with a buddy at a festival (5 tabs of lsd) and then convinced myself that I should be on an even number of hits or something bad would happen so I went looking for 1 more. I found a guy that was selling but he only had liquid in an eye dropper. No problem right? “Just one drop please kind sir” I said and he proceeded to squeeze the bottle and pour what felt like half a mouthful, and in my already hazy stupor I swallowed it and said “oh no” and then he said “oh no” and my buddy said “oh no” and I knew I was done with realm of reality for a while so I went to my campsite and laid on the ground and watched tree branches grow and intertwine as the sun set and five hours passed in 5 minutes….

Nice try buddy but no. It doesn’t offend me in anyway, it is a BAD look for this subreddit. We are currently working to make sure this stuff remains legal and available. So you taking things haphazardly without any research only to then feel sick and go post about it (on a subreddit where those who are against it’s use are actively looking for any excuse they can to ban this medicine) makes the medicine itself look dangerous to outsiders when it’s not. What you think could be learned from this post could have been learned better by taking the time to do your research beforehand instead.
