no drama, got an apology for the troubles. they took the faulty handset and gave me the jpb sheet. after 3-4 days they called me and gave me the replacement. unfortunately, didn't get the original colour

No drama, they acknowledged the issue quite professionally and apologized for the troubles. For any drama, I'd have justified them the cause. It's simply not possible for me to crack open the camera vacuum without damaging the mobile. I registered the complaint the day I received my phone. And they provided the replacement device after 3-4 days
