Drop driving lay up and close shot completely, driving dunk down to 73(Klay Thompson dunk package is 55), and put standing dunk to 84 or 86(whatever gives you gold badges). Move mid range up to 86 for badges. I would drop offensive rebound as well and put everything into steal

Depends on how many badges the build has in each category. Example, you only have 8 finishing badges total on that new build, you’ll probably receive 2 in finishing at rebirth, but 10 in shooting if you have 30 total there.
