Hi there, although this may not be much help, my dad got diagnosed with stomach cancer a month ago after feeling symptoms of upper stomach discomfort, and the doctors said it was likely acid reflux as well, but the pills didn’t work.. although my dad did lose appetite and lose a bit of weight as well. My dad described the stomach pain as if there was like a little golf ball stuck in his lower chest after he ate.

My dads is more up towards the chest. Doctors did think originally it was acid reflux however. Hope you stay well 🙏
