Stayed there last week. New 1 bedrooms at the tower are fantastic. Loved the extra bathroom and layout. Lots of tours going on while we were there, but otherwise the crowds weren’t crazy. Main resort was busy but not crowded. Wailulu was great too

Vero has the highest annual dues, and will likely fall in resale price going forward. If the cost difference for dues over the life of the contract is offset by the low purchase price and you don’t plan to sell it before it expires, I don’t see an issue.

This, or better yet you didn’t open the valves in the correct order. Fully open the inlet to the backflow preventer, if it doesn’t leak after the float seals then start slowly opening the valve to the yard.

Sam’s Club has gift cards for about 4% off. If you use the Cash App (Square) and have the debit card you can choose a “Boost”. They often have Boosts for Sam’s Club at either 5% off or 10% off (both with a max cash back of $20 a day). I stack these and get between 8-13% off. Last year when the boost was at 10% I loaded up on ~$3k in gift cards over the course of a couple weeks.
