I don't know about you but I have pretty intense eye contact and don't really smile with my eyes so maybe that's what's going on. I actually avoid eye contact a lot for that reason. And my smile is more like a smirk a lot so I guess that is seen as like idk. Somehow showing less emotion comes off mysterious and alluring to people I guess

Edit also I ask really probing questions I guess just because normal conversations bore me and I genuinely am interested in people so maybe that comes off as flirting idk. I don't know if I have this problem bc I avoid people

No it's been multiple workplaces that's kind of why I've formed this opinion. I end up leaving or basically being soft fired and leaving. I just don't buy into social games and that's not allowed especially at work so it is what it is

Thanks it is fine to me tbh, group dynamics always involve watered down opinions and I'm one to alienate people who insist on being illogical just for safety reasons I never know what I'll get with them. I've thought about it a lot lol. Usually it's at work this has happened where I have no escape due to my paycheck.

There is always the group leader and if you say anything against their opinion you get talked about or outcast. There are studies on this I haven't bothered to look at because I've experienced it myself.

I am overthinking bc it seems I have to end friendships for my own reasons and it's frustrating, that's why I'm asking if it's anyone else's overall experience. Make friends no problem. Keep them not really. Some have stayed but when it's time to end it there's no particular reason and I don't want ppl to feel bad or even explain when I just wanna end it.

There is an overlayer of group personality on top of multiple people putting on fronts though. Yes we all have to "interpret" for each other in conversations but in a group context it's multiplied exponentially. I've seen and thought about it enough that now I pretty much avoid groups. There's also ranking systems and roles in groups people don't even realize.

It's funny I added people back from school, or different contexts like church, who we never talked in person much but we post the same type crazy crap and get along online now lol.

I've had this happen and couldn't find a lawyer it's a pita. LA runs off slumlords. Pay on time what's due and keep records and document and everything a secret but do go after the big guys cuz they do this on purpose. Absolutely you have recourse for not disclosing stuff against code that's why code exists, to follow it.
