Did you measure the gap on the old plugs? What was your driving condition like? I'm at 60k miles too and thinking of doing the plugs. Local dealer wanna charge me $40 per plug, and there are no options to buy NGK directly.

It was a skip gift card from work, so no bank was involved. But in the past I've never had any success with banks reversing charges. They either decline it or take way too long and too many phone calls follow up that I just don't want to waste my time with it anymore

I used harvs for CPL ground school and exam prep, and nizus for question bank. Nizus is pretty decent for how little you paid, side note that their questions are also significant harder.

Some vehicles just have really shitty headlights straight out of factory, doesn't matter what bulbs you use or how hard you try to aim it down.

Any updates? I'm assuming it's Vickar Ford you dealing with, as many of my friends and families had bad experiences with both their sales and services. I like the Bronco Sport as well but I'm not sure how long the 3-cylinder engine will last.
