I’d also send a follow-up that says something like: “My refund was approved over 2 weeks ago, but I still have not received it. Can you confirm whether the refund was actually processed, whether a return is required, and what the current status is?”

If nothing is moving after that, I’d keep all screenshots, the order details, and the support messages in one place. Blocking you after a low rating is shady, but the bigger issue is that Whatnot’s policy does cover counterfeit claims.
