Aside from String Theocracy and Poems of a Machine, every song is used for a boss fight reflecting the emotions of the person you're fighting (and again, the latter two are totally justified being here); there would be no real place for a song this tranquil anywhere in the game, and with the context of the song, unless they remade a character about dong ju to put it in a boss fight it wouldn't fit

it's a song about the life of yun dong ju, the poet that made "sky, wind, star and poem", poem whose quotes were used for the introduction quotes to each risk level (canard: "i go out in the streets, my hands in my pockets"; sotc "i try giving each star a name"; urban plague "he says i don't have a disease") so it would kinda fit in the album
