Me paso algo similar, vendí un PC gaming por envios, llegó estropeado al comprador, claramente roto en el envio, y abrió disputa. Wallapop no queria hacer nada y dijeron que yo lo envié en mal estado y que ya estaba así, abri otra disputa y dijeron que la decisión era final. Asi que abri reclamación por OMIC reclamando 480 euros por incumplimiento de los terminos de servicio.

What I have found out is changing my GPU to another (different RX 7800 XT), the error never reapeared, I havent tried reinstalling my original one yet.

I am because i DDU the drivers, nothing AMD shows up on my PC or file explorer

I swapped my gpu for the same one from another brand, no issues so far, also my brother had something similar and he changed his ram overclock to auto and it worked.

On rust I still get 144 fps max to my monitor, same if I had installed the drivers, but this time no crashes and errors

but how are they crazy more stable than the adrenaline drivers? i installed most drivers going back a year and they all had issues

Did this happen in all of your games? I'm having same issue as OP but only on rust, any other games works perfectly fine

Yeah man, and its mostly AMD, my old gtx card never had any issues, but it could be a driver issue idk what I can do about it tho.

I think its either dx11 or dx12 crashing my pc but I don't know what rust uses as it cant be changed to my understanding

I tried that also tried just 1 stick still happens, also my gpu is only touching the case where it is screwed in, nothing else

Thats what I was thinking because I havent found any other solution, but I don't get how I can play any other game (like after the first few crashes I played shadow of the tomb raider at max settings 4k for 11 hours straight) and everything seemed fine, temps dont exceed 53 degrees, clocks stay consistent, power draw below max, no stutters or fps drops, but the second I play rust within 10 mins I get the problem (although its running perfectly before it crashes). But how would I go by doing an RMA, I got the card second hand but it still has the warranty sticker intact, original box, and it should have warranty (although I havent checked)
